It may just be a slice, but it invites you in to explore the woods under a Vancouver-neutral sky and get lost for a little bit. I like that even though it isn’t wide, you get the feeling- well, I do- that the forest goes beyond the edges and engulfs you. I imagine looking through a plane window and seeing the forest crowns and hints of trunks and a hidden world below. There’s a wood nymph in me and sometimes she sings.
